Deposit & schedule
20% to hold your slot on the calendar. We give you a real start date and a real end date — not a range.

Sergio is on-site daily. You get a 30-second weekly photo update in English. Permits, inspections, and trades coordination — all on us.

Final walkthrough & warranty
